Policy
Unworn, unwashed pieces with original tags may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Sale and final-sale pieces are excluded.
How to Return
- Request a return from your account, or contact the concierge.
- Include a short reason and any photos if the piece arrived with an issue.
- We will send prepaid shipping instructions and a return authorisation.
- Once received, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
Exchanges are complimentary within the same season. Select the size or colour you'd prefer in your return request, and we will ship the replacement as soon as your original arrives.
Damaged or Incorrect Pieces
If a piece arrives damaged or if we sent the wrong item, please contact the concierge within 7 days and we will arrange collection at no cost.
